Consultation with client 1) analyze credit report 2) set expectations with client 3) outline plan with client 4) give forms for tracking spending 5) education on credit utilization 6)Contract signed B. Credit Repair/Dispute 1) Dispute letters mailed to all 3 credit repositories on behalf of client 2) 45-50 days from initial dispute analyze results & dispute again 3) After 3 rounds determine if any bad debts need to be settled 4) Advise client to apply for new credit if needed 5) At 6 month point debt validation letters will be sent if necessary 6) Credit disputing with credit bureaus will be ongoing
C. Budget 1) Analyze spending habits
